    I would just like to Thank each and everyone at VanDyk Mortgage branch (both Sarasota and Punta Gorda offices) for everything you all did for my little family in the process of purchasing our first home. You guys, by far, are the best thing that could have happened to us due to the fact that the prior mortgage company and my ex-realtor were being untruthful from the get go causing us to loss money because of their untruthfulness. I have and will continue to recommend your company to anyone looking to purchase a home. You guys are very professional and know what needs to be done from the start in purchasing a home.
